- Facility Metrics “Accelerator” – spaces in our pilot program still available. Automate your data assembly from multiple sources such as monthly financial reports, IWMS, work order system, BMS, utility bills, and more. Customize MS Office templates so no expensive new software needed (and no vendor lock-in either). Setup and admin staff training can typically be completed in 30-60 days.
