This Month’s Shared Practice Meeting: Facility Condition Assessments – Practices and Use
Facility Condition Assessments are becoming a standard practice and used for improved reliability and capital planning. While suggested to be performed on a regular basis, the cost or skill required can be a challenge for some organizations. This month we will discuss how everyone is doing and using them.
Shared Practice Meeting
- Date: July 24 (3:00 pm EDT / 12:00 pm PDT) – 1 hour MS Teams Meeting

- Normally second Wednesday of the month at 3:00 pm ET. None in August.
- Questions on getting started with data entry, other discussion on benchmarking data, metrics, process, meetings, and reporting based on interest. Meeting Registration

- August 1-2, 2024 – WUG Meeting in Rosemead CA hosted by SCE. Please contact me if interested so we can plan group size.
- August 8-9, 2024 – EUG Meeting in Charlotte NC hosted by Duke. Please contact me if interested so we can plan group size.
- October 7-8, 2024 – IFMA Utilities Council Fall Meeting anticipated to be in person in San Antonio, TX, hosted by CPS Energy (right before World Workplace)
