Cultural Facility Shared Practice Meeting

This month’s shared practice meeting was a discussion of various aspects of capital-delivery readiness: identifying and validating an asset risk; ensuring that condition and risk information reaches executive and board decision makers; developing a defensible project; determining when to combine preservation, energy, resilience, accessibility, security, and renewal work; matching project needs with grant and donor opportunities; and assembling the right internal and external team.
