Capital-Delivery Readiness

Cultural Facility Shared Practice Meeting

  • August 25, 2026
  • 12:00 pm Eastern / 9:00 am Pacific
  • Confirm your local time

This month’s shared practice meeting will be a discussion of various aspects of capital-delivery readiness: identifying and validating an asset risk; ensuring that condition and risk information reaches executive and board decision makers; developing a defensible project; determining when to combine preservation, energy, resilience, accessibility, security, and renewal work; matching project needs with grant and donor opportunities; and assembling the right internal and external team.

Join us to share how your organization does this and hear how what other cultural facility managers are doing. All cultural staff and business partners are welcome to participate.

Please take the short shared practice survey on this topic – it will only take a few minutes and your input is greatly appreciated. Upon completion you will go to the meeting registration form (and all participants get the survey results whether they can attend the meeting or not).
