Shared Practice Meeting (One-hour Teams call)

The topic for this month’s meeting is a Discussion of Warehousing & Storage Needs. Since the pandemic most utilities have gone from a “just in time” storage model to a “just in case” one, with some overstocks remaining from backorders and contingency stock for major storm events. What is your organization’s supply model now, and what kind of facilities are you arranging to support this – central warehouses, regional warehouses, large stock rooms and yards at service centers, contingency yards for slow-moving stock and emergency spares, etc. Join us to share your approach and hear what others are doing.

Teams meeting to discuss how best to incorporate the desired AI functionality in the current or revised benchmarking program. This is a Steering Committee meeting open to all who participate in the benchmarking to discuss the logistics of this issue. Meeting invites have been sent to benchmarking leads and alternates.
