This Month’s Shared Practice Survey
Each month we do a short (3-5 question) survey on topic related to the months meeting. We encourage you to participate since it only takes a few minutes and the results are helpful for others. If you take the survey you will receive the results and upon completion go to the registration page for this month’s meeting.
