How much facility planning is enough to determine what planning should come next? Many organizations want a Strategic Facility Plan but a full plan can be expensive and time consuming.
This month’s shared-practice discussion will examine Minimalist Strategic Facility Planning the preliminary portfolio-level work used to assess the current situation, identify the most important facility decisions and uncertainties, and determine which detailed studies or plans are actually needed.
