We offer a range of of facility benchmarking options specific to Cultural Institutions so you can participate with the level of support you need.
Our traditional program is a DIY model where participants provide their own data and Facility Issues reviews it, compiles it, and creates the results reports. Meeting options are included to allow participants to discuss data, performance, practices, technology, and emerging issues with their peers.
There is a more basic option for small organizations with less data and resources. There is also a Done-4-U option where Facility Issues can act as an extension of your staff to assemble/enter the data and review the results for you.
In addition to benchmarking, there are options for semi-automated scorecards (that would provide all the benchmarking data and more) and training programs to help you build staff capabilities.
