EUG Meeting New Orleans, LA – February 2018

11 people representing 7 companies attended the EUG (Eastern Utility Group) meeting. The meeting was hosted by Entergy at their New Orleans, LA Headquarters.

The meeting included “mini-presentations” on employee engagement, HQ space planning, storm-hardened facilities, and capital project triage.

Other discussion topics included a review of planned updates to the Benchmarking Program by Bob Lambe and the always popular “Hot Topics and Best Practices” discussion and networking.

The group also had a tour of Entergy’s new Lockport Service Center.
