Cultural Facility Group Updates

This is a web page version of our monthly email with links for more information. (Typically updated the beginning of each month). Check the overall schedule for a current list of this year’s meetings and benchmarking program milestones.

This Month’s Shared Practice Meeting

This month we are going to try something new on the shared practice meeting. I will provide live help for anyone with questions about better ways to assemble their source data for use in benchmarking, scorecards, or other reporting. This is a chance for you to learn about specific technical options for data “crunching” (mostly using Excel), especially if you are running into issues that present difficulty or take a lot of time in preparation for benchmarking.

If you have an issue you would like help with, be ready with your data – or at least a sample that we can use live on the session. Please submit a short description of your challenge or question prior to the meeting (can use the registration form or send me an email). I will have a list of those and everyone on the call will prioritize which we want to discuss first. I will respond to all questions from benchmarking organizations whether on the call or afterwards, and those from others as possible.
