This month’s shared practice meeting focuses on the practical bridge between vulnerability assessment and what you actually do before, during, and after a disruption to protect people, collections, and operations occurs. We’ll discuss approaches to risk reduction (maintenance, hardening, redundancy, vendor preparedness) and response/recovery (incident roles, collections triage, temporary environmental control, continuity decisions, and “fix-forward” recovery). The goal is peer exchange—what’s working, what’s not, and lessons learned.

Benchmarking Program Updates
Final reports for the 2025 Cultural Facilities Benchmarking Program have been published – late data submissions have been included due to US government shutdown. Contact us if you have any trouble with access.
