December Shared Practice Meeting

Shared Practice Meeting (One-hour Zoom call)
     December 2, 2025:12:00 pm EDT / 8:00 am PDT / 4:00 pm CET

The topic for this month’s meeting is Developing training for current and future museum facilities managers for climate-smart, high-performance buildings. We are all aware of the increasing complexity of our facilities and the multitude of operating objectives being place on us and our staff, and are aware of the difficulty finding and keeping qualified staff.  Sarah Sutton from Environment & Culture Partners will share some developing ideas on creating a pipeline and professional development pathways. You are invited to provide feedback and direction or redirection.

Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts on our shared practice survey on this topic as a starting point for the discussion.
