Benchmarking Program Updates
Final reports for the 2025 Cultural Facilities Benchmarking Program have been published – contact us if you have any trouble with access.
Enhancements for the 2026 program are being planned and your input is welcome at any of the Steering Committee meetings on the schedule or by email. One key aspect is the degree of AI integration that will be provided (based on the value it provides and alignment with participant’s policies). Contact us if you would like learn more about the 2026 program.
