Each month we do a short (3-5 question) survey on topic related to the months meeting. We encourage you to participate since it only takes a few minutes and the results are helpful for everyone. Topic: Getting Value from Facility Benchmarking
It has been a while since we had a meeting on the value of benchmarking, the process, and how it fits into your ongoing facility management activities. So join us this month if you are new to benchmarking, considering starting this year, looking to improve your benchmarking, or have lessons learned that you can share with your peers.

Next month: Join a group discussion to create a list of all the various services your department provides. This will be made available as a handout and used to identify topics for future meetings and process benchmarking.

I am exploring alternative options and additional support related to the facility benchmarking program this year.
