This month’s shared practice meeting focuses on Resiliency Planning: Preventive and Reactive Measures.
What do you do before, during, and after a disruption to protect people, collections, and operations. We’ll discuss approaches to risk reduction and response. The goal is peer exchange on what’s working, what’s not, and lessons learned.
Join us to share your perspectives and hear how other utilities are addressing these challenges. All cultural staff and business partners are welcome to participate.
