Here is what to expect next:
- You will start to receive monthly emails from us (RLambe@FacilityIssues.com), so please whitelist this email address so they do not end up in your spam folder.
- Some of these emails will help walk you through the benchmarking program and you should share those with whoever is helping you with that.
- Some of these emails will keep you posted on the monthly shared practice activities and you can share those with anyone in your organization who may be interested.
- You should review and acknowledge (complete) the general terms of participation, and make sure that users of the benchmarking in your organization are aware of these.
- When payment and terms are complete, you will receive an email with your FacilityIssues.com account information (unchanged if you are renewing), and the initial getting started instructions.
