Control Room Refresh

Critical network control rooms are among the most complex and consequential spaces managed by utility facility organizations. Unlike the surrounding control-center facility, the control room may require significant refreshes as technology, staffing, operating practices, cybersecurity requirements, and system complexity change. However, renovations must often be completed without interrupting continuous operations or weakening primary and backup capability.

This month's survey is about the control rooms you manage and how refresh projects are handled.
