Training Museum Facilities Managers (and Staff)
We are all aware of the increasing complexity of our facilities and the multitude of operating objectives being place on us and our staff and are aware of the difficulty finding and keeping qualified staff. What programs does your organization have for development of existing facility staff and for attracting skilled recruits? Do you have a training gap and support to address it?
