The “Steering Committee” meetings are about the benchmarking and shared practices program. The primary purpose of these meetings are to help refine the benchmarking to better fit your current and anticipated needs.
While there are some general meeting topics, they are open discussions of what is included in the program and how it is delivered. This includes any suggestions, requests, or questions about benchmarking data, metrics, reporting, topics, schedule, meetings, and support:
- Data additions / clarifications
- Report additions / revisions
- Additional services / tools that would be of use
- Content for Shared Practice meetings
- Content for annual benchmarking workshop meeting
- Other issues of interest, suggestions, and questions about the program
The meetings are open to any staff person from a participating benchmarking organization.
