“Training” web meetings are provides at key stages in the benchmarking program to help new participants quickly learn the benchmarking activities (and as refresher for any participant).
There are typically three sessions scheduled each year, but participants can request 1:1 support sessions anytime (link on right side of your main account page on FacilityIssues.com.
- Getting Started & Data Entry (April)
- Using the Reporting Interface (June)
- Using the Results – we have this data, now what? (November)
The meetings are open to any staff person from a participating benchmarking organization.
