Utilities are facing both internal and external pressures for organizational change. How should service center facilities evolve to better support utility operations in this changing environment?
Join us to share your perspectives and hear how other utilities are addressing these challenges. All utility staff and business partners are welcome to participate.
Every utility has active service center projects – from renovations to expansions to new development. And every utility is facing issues with aging facilities, space / neighborhood constraints, and changing needs due to equipment changes and increase resiliency requirements. This month’s shared practice meeting will be a discussion of these issues and approaches you are taking to provide the appropriate facilities.
