Steering Committee for the Cultural Facility Benchmarking Group
There is a Steering Committee that is always looking for ways to improve and add value to the benchmarking program. The Steering Committee has a 1-hour monthly online meeting to discuss issues, potential revisions to the benchmarking, and content of the meetings. The key objectives for the steering committee are to:
- Adjust and update the benchmarking survey
- Assist in identifying new participants
- Provide suggestions in the format and layout of report
- Provide guidance and ideas that help add value to the workshop agenda
A typical meeting agenda includes:
- Review of any special topic survey
- Discussion of changes/feedback on benchmarking data/metrics
- Discussion of changes/feedback on benchmarking reports
- Review upcoming meeting agendas & suggestions for content
- Review annual workshop agenda & suggestions for content
Representatives of any participating organization are welcome to join this call (on the second Tuesday from January to September at 4:00 ET) and you can contact us for the meeting invite or find it in the member area.
