The Eastern Utility Group meets two times per year at
the member's sites to share best practices and benchmark their facility
management functions. Most members also participate in the Utility Council
General Meetings that take place in the Spring and Fall.
In 2009 approximately 20 companies participated in the Utility Council Eastern
Regional Benchmarking Group. More than 90 percent of our participants repeat
each year so we expect a similar or greater level of participation for 2010.
